Returns & Exchanges Since Lace & Layne is a intimate apparel store, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. Please review sizing carefully before purchase.

Refunds Refunds are only issued if your item arrives damaged or defective. To request a refund, email us at support@laceandlayne.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Processing If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
